Hire & Safety Rules

• Follow the instructions we give you for every item.
• Don't let anyone use equipment in ways that weren't agreed, or move it once it's set up.
• Report any damage or faults to us straight away, and stop using the item.

Any security deposit, deductions and return or collection arrangements will be agreed with you in advance and written into your quote.

• A responsible adult must supervise at all times.
• Follow the user limits, age and height guidance for the item.
• No shoes, food, drink, sharp objects or face paint on the equipment.
• Don't use bouncy castles in high winds or heavy rain.

• Adults must supervise anyone using the hot tub; children must never be left alone in or near it.
• Don't use it after drinking heavily, and follow the temperature and time guidance we give.
• Keep the cover on when the tub isn't in use.

• Keep LED signs, machines and lighting away from water.
• Use only the power sources and cables we provide or agree.
• Switch off and contact us if anything looks damaged or faulty.

We set up equipment in line with relevant safety guidance and manufacturer instructions. Nothing in these rules limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or any liability that can't be excluded by law.
