Telling us about a change or cancellation
Please let us know in writing, by WhatsApp or message to 07469 871 580, as early as you can. Include your name and event date.
Refunds & rescheduling
What happens next depends on:
- the terms in your agreed written quote,
- any costs we've already incurred for your event (for example personalised items or partner bookings), and
- your consumer rights.
Where we can, we'll offer to move your booking to another date. Your quote sets out your payment schedule and cancellation terms before you book.

Nothing in this policy affects your legal rights as a consumer.
