Only what we need to quote for and deliver your event: your name, contact details, event date, location, event type, guest numbers, budget, venue access details and requirements, and payment records once you book.

• To quote for and deliver your event: needed to take steps before, and to perform, a contract with you.
• To keep financial records: to meet our legal obligations.
• To handle questions and complaints: our legitimate interest in running the business well.
• To use identifiable photos in marketing: only with your consent, which you can withdraw at any time.

We keep your information only as long as we need it for the purposes above. Booking and payment records are kept as long as the law requires. Enquiries that don't go ahead are deleted once they're no longer needed.

Only partners needed for your booking (for example a DJ or entertainer you've chosen) and the services we use to communicate, such as WhatsApp. We never sell your data.

You can ask to see, correct or delete your information, object to or restrict how we use it, ask for a copy to take elsewhere, and withdraw consent at any time. Just contact us using the details above.

If you're unhappy with how we've handled your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk.
